ALGEMENE VOORWAARDEN & RMA

Please read these terms of sale carefully before placing your order. By placing your order with us you are accepting these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to make amendments to our Terms and Conditions at any time.

The buyer has an obligation to ensure they know exactly what they are buying and takes responsibility to process the transaction within the constrains outlined in these terms and conditions.

SYA NV may update or delete information and reserves the right to make such changes without prior notification to past, current, or prospective visitors.

 

Prices, orders, and payments:

All prices can be VAT or marginal VAT.

All orders must be paid before dispatching or released for collection. All prices are Ex-Works unless otherwise stated. The preparation of an order takes from 1 to 3 working days, depending on the size of the order.

 

Transport and delivery:

Products are safely packed for road, flight, or ocean transport. Ensure you control the condition of your order when it arrives. If your order appears to have been damaged in transit, sign for the goods as damaged, make pictures and notify us immediately. Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 2 days of receipt of the order.

 

Order cancellation:

Requests must be made prior to shipment.

 

Return Policy:

All products have a 30-day return policy starting from receipt of the goods.

 

If a return is requested within 30 days of delivery, the customer is responsible for shipping.

 

Any RMA claims can be fully or partially credited, swapped or refunded.

 

Warranties and returns are only applicable on purchases identified by the serial number on the original file from which sales originated.

 

SYA NV is not responsible for damaged, or loss of any data or information stored on the returned devices.

 

RMA procedure:

1.     Download (link) the RMA-template.

2.     Enter all required data in the correct fields.

3.     Save the document with name: RMA - your company name – order reference.

4.     Please share a link with pictures to support an RMA. Name the pictures with corresponding serial numbers for a faster and smooth process.
